Kelly graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002. While attending LSU, she was on the Chancellor’s List and Dean’s List, a member of Phi Sigma Eta and Lambda Delta Honor Societies, as well as Phi Mu Sorority. Thereafter, she earned her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where she was selected as a student member and scholarship recipient of the Wex Malone American Inns of Court. After law school, she went into private practice. Kelly is licensed to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, all three Districts of the United States District Court of Louisiana, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Judge John C. Boutall American Inns of Court, and the New Orleans Young Leadership Council. Kelly’s practice focuses in fields of insurance defense litigation, workers’ comp, employer’s liability, construction, and products and premises liability. She is married to Billy Brian and the couple has one son.
